Library Pick of the week

I am really going to try to get back into posting a review of a library pick every week, or every other week.

This week at our Library I looked into one my new favorite Children's Author's Tasha Tudor.

Elle-Girl recieved one of her books for Christmas and enjoys it so much that I wanted to seek out other books of hers.

I chose 1 is One. 1 is One is a short little story that counts from numbers one through twenty. Beginning with "One is one duckling, swimming in a dish."

It was orginally written in 1956. The illustraitions are timeless and beautiful and Elle-Girl loves to look at the warm pastel pictures.

This book is also a Caldecott Honor Book, which you can never go wrong with.
